The lack of hot water is unacceptable!!! Closing doors create a disruptive atmosphere!!! Filthy common areas and malfunctioning fixtures left much to be desired!!! This place clearly needs serious refurbishment!!!

The stay was marked by a disgustingly foul odor throughout the establishment and poorly maintained facilities, including a wet room with tape around the toilet area and damaged emergency lighting. it was conveniently located just a short drive from the hospital, which was a priority for us.
